Moving and Working in Mexico

Hi everyone, I'd just like some guidance on what to do careerwise before relocating internationally.

I am an Australian currently living in Australia and I work in a pathology lab. I have a bachelor's degree in biomedical science. I do not speak fluent Spanish, but I would like to move to Mexico in the future to live with my partner and their family. I am just unsure how to begin looking for work. I don't think I'd be able to use my degree there since I can't speak Spanish at a high level.

I think the most ''easy'' route for me to look for would be to teach English, and I've seen some short qualifications I can take here. But in saying that, I don't REALLY want to be a teacher.

Ideally, the best option would be if I could somehow find a job online while in Australia and then relocate. However, I'm unsure what I can do with my current qualifications since my current career cannot be done remotely.

Does anyone have experiences to share on relocating to a country that's main language isn't English while not speaking the main language fluently but successfully making an income?
Or any Australians who can share their story on relocating to Mexico?
