Moving to CHILE

Hi guys!

I will be moving to Chile in December. And I wanted to know whether you can give me some advise on:
*websites to look for housing?
*good/bad neighbourhoods
*where to look for events

Or any other advice you could give me would be much appreciated.

Also, is Santiago Internations community active?
