Need advice pls: Expat who has passed away.

Hi all,

I am after some advice please. My mother has recently passed away (Oct Protected content London and we (siblings) are a little confused what we should do in regards to my mother's Spanish property. We have a Spanish will - but i don't know where to start in regards to bank accounts, utility bills etc - Any advice would be great.
