ONLINE COMMUNITIES on EXPATS (by nations)

My friends I am working on a italian development project and I need to understand what other country nationality expats do. I hope you can help.

For sure the basic is that they create website in their languae to share useful informations, personal stories, and some "servicies" (how to do documenst, get a job and so on) . These websites are usually helpful for expatriate which can find in their own language information and support and of course maybe get to know some new friends in the new city/country.

I would like to know if there are cases of national expatriates which do something more IN RELATION with the country of origin, like for example:

1) a website/community/content/social.. of CV and competences that the national companies could seek for and ask to come back for a good job; a kind of "special linkedin"

2) a website/community/content/social..of orientation and infroamtion for the joung people fo thie country to orientate themself in detail about studies and career abroad, telling their own experiences

3) a website/community/content/social..of compentences and network sharing between the medium national enterprises and the expatriates - not for job seek but for high level consultancy or market information or biz dev

4) a website/community/content/social.. where expatriate share among themself much mroe than just basic information

e) any relevant other kind of website/community that do something very useful for the developmnet of their own country which i could not think about.
