Question on street art rights after the sale

All,

Street art print out on paper and sold. Can the artist claim further rights and money after the sale? On Camden market, London UK artists sell multiple print out of their drawings.
I am thinking of buying some and use them on my own designed collections. The artist will be named. Would you know if the artist can claim further money from me on the fact that I am reselling my own design with his/her art on it?
