I am doing a research on "the additional cost for companies to fill an international position with an expat".
I really appreciate if any of you would like indicate [B]the total compensation for your overseas assignment as a percentage of your compensation at your home country[/B]. (I guess it's most likely more than 200%)
(The total compensation potentially includes all the other premium factors, such as tax equalization, housing/cost of living coverage, child's education, health insurance, etc....)
