Scams in Panama land deals buy goverment workers

I have been a victim of corruption here in Panama.
in Protected content bought a parcel of land which Pol services did the escrow for me with a title service included.
The land was for 130.000 dollars and i spent another 500.000 building a hotel called Cabanas time out in Santa Catalina.
After finishing the project Along Came a rich guy with deep pockets and paid off the Government officials including my lawyer who was planted to serve me who also works for the government Anam office in Santagio.
On May Protected content i was away on a trip the officials showed up with out notice to anyone / me my manager or my Lawyer and evicted everyone all the employees .The guest My child was kicked out from his home where he had a stable job after school and was learning the hotel busy.
He was giving half a hour to leave he was not able to get his school material or his own personal belongings.As to a inventory to what was there none was done and all the furniture including my personal stuff was not recovered.
With no notice how could this type of treatment happen.Only in a country which makes the law as they feel fit.
Please help me to recover my Hotel .this man has never owned this land and the towns people all will stand by me to state just that the land was owned buy three people before i bought it and the fact that i bought it with a title search buy the escrow company how can this happen .
