Hello,

My name is Yolanda Rosa Rosa. I am a doctoral candidate at Colorado Technical University (CTU). I am researching the topic of repatriate knowledge transfer for my dissertation study. The title of my research is: Understanding Repatriated Leaders Experience Transferring New Knowledge and Talent Competencies in MNCs: A Phenomenological Study.

I am seeking participants for my study. These are recently repatriated leaders (fewer than five years ago) from multinational corporations. They managed and influenced teams during their international assignment in a foreign country for at least three years. They returned to the company in their home country at the end of their job. The study will not disclose the participants’ names, employers, or locations.

Your insight from your international experience is valuable to this study. Multinational corporations and academics will benefit from this research. They will understand what repatriated leaders need to transfer their new knowledge and skills. On a personal basis, your contribution will support the completion of my doctoral degree.
