Should I still fly to SA?

Hi guys.
I booked my ticket in October Protected content a visit to SA for 3 weeks. My husband is a british citizen and with the corona virus travel restrictions in place as of the 18th my husband will not be allowed in SA due to the UK being a high risk country.
Should I still go?
I dont know if and when the UK might have travel restrictions too. What if I am not allowed back if the situation worsens.
I certainly do not want to pick it up and be a carrier and I also so desperately want to see my family again.

Any advice for this confused soul please?
