The Pursuit of Equality

I recently became aware of Selma the movie Protected content portraying the march in Alabama by Martin Luther King, where black Americans fought apartheid in the USA.

Epic movie that hasn't been shown much in the UK up to now, has it been shown in your country.

Racial segregation was a reality across America, in South Africa and elsewhere.

To me this movie shows the appalling way that white people behaved in Alabama, USA towards negroes. Protected content

We notice it in part in our societies today around the right to marry, man to man and woman to woman, but this message is rejected across the Muslim world - why are economies, people rejecting human rights?
