The study of human consciousness is both revealing and enlightening. For years, major corporations have looked at behaviour, psychology and emotional intelligence as tools to enhance workplace relationships, alignment and productivity. All of these are but subsets consciousness. Perhaps most have avoided the the study of consciousness because it is too broad and seen to be too difficult to hone into a system that can be taught effectively in the workplace.
But in avoiding this exploration, are people and organisations ripping themselves off? Are they missing the mother lode of human potential?
