urgent info requested- moving family to South Afri

Hello all, my family and I have finally decided that we will move to South Africa ( my wife is South African) by next year or as early as our paperwork comes in, however, I need some guidance on where to start. Do we ship air or sea? Which visa do we apply for so I can work when we are in SA? Please help with any info you have. Unfortunately I can not access the articles with this info. Thank you in advance.
