The other day I bought a magicjack on ebay, and they mailed it to me from the USA to my home in London, UK - it gives the luxury and dial tone of a US phone. It plugs directly into your PC/Mac.
Two weeks ago I sent it to the Philippines, to my wife's house, and she now can phone her family in Manila for free.
Excellent device, which I recommend.
