Using ChatGPT for your writing

The title of the article stated:

"If you’re not using ChatGPT for your writing, you’re probably making a mistake"

OK. That was pretty good clickbait, so I investigated. I already use Google assistant at home for a variety of everyday tasks, but for writing I view that as very creative and personal. But I investigated and signed up to give it a try today.

At first I tried to sign up using a hotmail.com email address and was turned down "not accepted, please try later"

Then I used my gmail address and there was no problem. Also note that sign-up requires giving them your phone number for ID verification purposes.

This site is still as they say in the R & D phase and they state flatly that mistakes can be common.

I am curious if others have tried this AI platform. What is your experience, uses, feedback.

On the first day I dived into my favorite language hobbies, leaning French and writing poetry. I'll share more if this thread generates interest.
