Project Team Leader
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 15 years of experience related to highway Design and Construction supervision and have worked on at least 3 projects of similar nature as Team Leader.
c. Fluency in English or French Language with a working knowledge of the other d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Deputy Project Team Leader
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 13 years of experience related to highway Design and Construction supervision and have worked on at least 2 projects of similar nature as Team Leader.
c. Fluency in English or French Language with a working knowledge of the other d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Land Surveyor
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Land Surveying or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/ She must have not less than 10 years of experience in Engineering Surveying including cadastral and aerial photography.
c. Fluency in English or French Language.
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Lead Geotechnical Engineer
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/ She must have not less than 10 years of experience related to geotechnical investigation and pavement design.
c. Fluency in English or French Language.
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Geotechnical Engineer
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/ She must have not less than 8 years of experience related to geotechnical investigation and pavement design.
c. Fluency in English or French Language
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa

Hydrology Engineer
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Degree in Science or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
b. He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience in hydraulic assessment, drainage design and environmental studies and other related to infrastructure design
c. Fluency in English or French Language
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa

Procurement/Contracts Specialists
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering, quantity surveying or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Civil Engineering contract preparation, procurement procedures and construction management.
c. Fluency in English and/or French Language and a working knowledge of the other.
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Traffic Engineer
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Transport planning and Engineering, traffic engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to traffic engineering, transport modelling and use of software like PTV, EMME etc.
c. Fluency in English and/or French Language.
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Transport Urban Planner
Will assist the Team Leader on all multimodal and transport issues in relation to the build environment aspects of the study. The Transport Urban Planner should: a. Hold a Master Degree in Urban and Land Development, Transport Planning or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Urban Planning and Land Development control.
c. Fluency in English or French Language.
d. At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Lead Transport Economist
Interested candidate should:
a. Hold a Master Degree in Civil engineering and/or Transport Economics (relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage).
b. He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Highways feasibility studies and preparation of master plan. The individual shall be familiar with the use of the HDM 4 software.
