What is your company doing for the environment?

I am trying to work with a bunch of great individuals at work to do something meaningful for the environment. Now, I am trying to collect as many ideas as possible.

Are there any programs in your organization which you think you would like to talk about? I am looking for anything which can achieve a lot of employee involvement and some meaningful change.
