Assistance with Visa / Permits / Payroll for Expat (Abidjan)

For Ivory Coast I am looking for a partner that has the ability to obtain/assist in Visa and Work Permits and payrolling for expatriate Oil and Gas contractors such that I can provide a solution to my clients that have requirements across Ivory Coast. Does anyone in Ivory Coast operate a company to assist us.

We are interested in working with a supplier company or we could be interested in a partnership agreement.
