Reliable WIFI? (Abidjan)

Is there reliable wifi in Abidjan that would allow me to Skye with my family back at home? We should be coming to visit this summer hopefully but the last time we were there the home internet was HORRIBLE! Ideally I would like speeds reliable and fast enough to Skype and watch videos but I would like a router or DSL in my home so that my Magic Jack could work without being plugged into the computer. Any suggestions with prices would be awesome. Also are there cafes similar to Starbucks or bookstores where I can find books in English? Where do people grocery shop if they want liquid milk? I know it sounds trivial but it is important to me. Thanks guys!
