Employment Visa Processing (Abu Dhabi)

Can anyone tell me the process of hiring a filipina directly from philippines to abu dhabi? this new italain company is going to hire a filipina in phillipines currently. kindly advise which is best to process - tourist visa or employment visa from philippines. Personally, I would prefer employment visa - can anyone tell me how to do this? many thanks. would appreciate any replies.
