New to AD - Question about Al Raha Beach Area (Abu Dhabi)

Hi There,

I will be moving to Abu Dhabi in about a month's time. I am currently researching the best area to live in but am overwhelmed with the different areas.

I like the Al Raha beach area (Al Bandar, etc) (from pictures I have seen, also bc its new) but have never visited. Does anyone live there/have comments or suggestions about the area? Is it too secluded? What can I expect from the demographics of tenants there (family, single, etc). I am a single male...

I will be working at CERT Technology park...I believe its only about a 20 minute drive from that area, which I dont mind doing.

Lastly if you have suggestions on any other areas in AD to look into, i would be open to suggestions.
