SPANISH ZARZUELA: LA REVOLTOSA
The action takes place in a Madrid tenement courtyard, where the neighbors gossip about and criticize the behavior of Mari Pepa—a cheerful, flirtatious, and independent young woman nicknamed "La Revoltosa" (The Troublemaker) due to her spirited and provocative nature. Among the neighbors is Felipe, a hardworking young man who, despite trying to appear indifferent, is deeply in love with her.
However, jealousy, misunderstandings, and pride make it difficult for them to acknowledge their true feelings.
