InTro 2 Rowing
Being an athlete practising the rowing sports for more then 4 years, i d love to introduce it to those who like to escape the city and train in the Nile.
The experience is amazing since you will be practicing a sport in water with beautiful scenery.
there is 0 risk that the boat will flip and you fall in water, so if you dont know how to swim there is no proble.
The outfit is sports, same as going to Gym.
Rowing it s a full body training.
Bring with you water.
