Online cooking lesson for Ramen

Ramen is one of the most popular Japanese cuisines beside Sushi and Tenpura.

I would love to introduce this interesting event, so we can learn how to make ramen together.

The instructor is Masayo-san and she gives lecture for us online.

Please prepare the following ingredients by yourselves.

Flour 500g (protein 11 percent)
Salt 1 tsp
Water 200cc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Appropriate amount of potato starch
Some bags for stepping on noodles, newspaper (if any)

Soup (for 2 people)
Minced pork 100g
Sesame oil Tbsp 1/2
Ginger
Garlic 1
Miso Tbsp Protected content 2
Tobanjan (or miso and soy sauce) 1tsp
Spring onion about 10 cm

700 ml of water
Chicken Soup Broth Base Powder Tbsp 1
Mentsuyu (soy sauce + mirin + dashi) Tbsp 1
Salt tsp 1/2
Sugar tsp 2
Rayu (if you don't like too hot, you can skip) tsp 1 / 2
Pepper and sesame seeds

Menma (seasoned bamboo shoots)
Boiled bamboo shoots 1 pack Protected content
Mirin Tbsp 1 / 2
Sesame oil Tops 1
A little rayu

If you don't have some of Japanese ingredients, you can skip or you can use similar ingredients as a replacement (you can arrange to your own version of soup).
