Sawachi Ryori is a traditional cuisine from Kochi. It originally consisted of dishes offered at Shinto altars and later evolved into a celebratory style of dining. It features a large platter filled with various small dishes, especially fresh sashimi and other regional delicacies.
This time, we’ll enjoy a course menu that includes:
A variety of sashimi
Steamed beef
Cream-stuffed deep-fried crab
Many other small dishes
