Dear PDG members,

At our next event we will return to a very important aspect of health and well-being and will adress the topic of nutrition.

Our guest speaker will be Daan de Wit, journalist and author of the Dutch book Weet wat je eet - Know What You Eat. Protected content His focus is healthy nutrition based on the oldest knowledge and the newest science.
His talk will be in English and will give an overview of the book, the best of his independent journalistic research into healthy eating.

What you will learn from Daan is often different or even opposite to what you are being told through the official channels. Yet his book is based on 40 pages of footnotes and an advised reading by several experts, the best in their fields, such as the professor of Wageningen University heading the department of Food and Health or the honorary chairman of the Dutch and European society of Cardiologists.

Daan will explain the secrets of people - visited one hundred years ago - with naturally healthy eating habits, treading in the footsteps of explorers who discovered those secrets. What they found is now being confirmed by the newest science. We make use of both the newest science and the oldest knowledge far too little, resulting in the current health crisis. After his talk there will be room for questions and discussion which we will also continue in a nearby café following the session.

- EUR 8,- payment in advance latest 36 hours prior the event,
to Protected content (if you cancel or don't show up there is no refund)
- EUR 12,50 at the door or last minute transfer (on the day of the event)

It is a meditation room so we are required to take off our shoes.
