Celebrate the Lunar New Year in Budapest

Celebrate the Lunar New Year in Budapest together! The Lunar New Year, often called Chinese New Year, is an Asian holiday celebrated by many cultures, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese.
In Budapest, in the district of Kőbánya, there's a big Chinese community, that organizes a festival to celebrate the new year.
As a warm-up, we will taste traditional Chinese food offered in Protected content
Then visit the programs in the three-story building next to the buffet in the corner of Protected content
.
From 14. Protected content , there will be stage performances: Szechuan opera (mask change), Chinese instruments, folk dance, and hanfu show.
All programs are free, except for food and trade stands.
The venue is easily accessible by bus 9 from Budapest city center Protected content , get off at Protected content
