Oaxaca Flavors: Tlayudas, Moles, Mezcales, and More
Join us for dinner next Friday at 7:00 PM at Protected content in Los Angeles. Located inside Protected content , this spot is recognized by the Michelin Guide for its authentic Zapotec gastronomy. It will be a great evening of traditional flavors, including live-fire grilled tlayudas and artisanal moles. As a special highlight, Chef Poncho will personally introduce the dishes to share the history behind the food, and we can grab mezcal and drinks from the central bar right next door.
Please sign up ASAP so I can secure our table. If your plans change later, just remember to cancel your attendance so we can adjust the headcount. For logistics, neighborhood street parking is available, but since spots can be tight, rideshare or taking the Metro E Line to the Protected content is highly recommended.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
