On October 12, we are bringing the wines of the family-owned Hika winery to Foyer Café. These wines perfectly blend Basque origins with a distinct Atlantic character. Throughout the evening, you will taste the winery's complete portfolio, including some exclusive labels not yet available here. It’s a unique opportunity to experience Hika in all its depth and discover your personal favorites.
The culinary pairing will be crafted by Marco and Greg from ETERNA. Their cuisine will complement the Basque wines, elevating your tasting journey into a full glass-to-plate experience.
