About Speaker:
Shantala Atma Gandha (Peace, Soul and Scent) is a second-generation yoga teacher, who grew up with both mum and dad teaching yoga. Her vision is to “return to your centre” and through yoga she wants you to feel strong, balanced and calm.
If you have injuries or conditions, you are concerned may need to be taken into account, please speak to Gandha before the start of the event, when you arrive.
We welcome everyone, from total beginners to seasoned practitioners.
