Please come and join us for an enjoyable activity where we will practise Taichi , Qigong and standing yoga poses.
These gentle yet beneficial ancient health exercises of Taichi, Qigong and Yoga require no pre-experience and are suitable for everyone EXCEPT pregnant women.
Please bring a bottle of water, wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
