Calm Mind, Calm Body
This is the first session of Calm` Mind, Calm Body' which will be run every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month in Protected content .
`Calm Mind, Calm Body' are experiential mindfulness sessions that will give you the opportunity to practice a wide range of mindfulness meditations and a variety of mindfulness exercises to manage and reduce stress and anxiety, feel calmer, more grounded, and live more in the present moment.
These are suitable for beginners as well as those of you who already practice mindfulness.
These are drop in sessions, so you can come whenever you want, but of course if you come regularly, you will gain a lot more benefits as the key to mindfulness is practice!
Tickets are $22 and you can buy discounted passes after that.
