Pizza &Pasta Fest CANCELLED
Italy is the undisputed home of π & π (pizza and pasta.)
Both dishes are deeply rooted in local tradition, using simple, high-quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and handmade pasta.
Authentic Italian cuisine varies drastically by region:
Naples: The birthplace of pizza. You should try the classic Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil) or a fried pizza fritta.
Rome: Known for Pizza al Taglio and Roman Pinsa (an airy, oval-shaped crust made with a mix of flours).
Pasta: Dishes vary wildly, from rich RagΓΉ alla Bolognese in Bologna to the simple, pepper-and-cheese Cacio e Pepe in Rome.
The event will feature more than Protected content , traditional Italian food, a gourmet market, desserts, and contests.
