Let's go to the Santana: 1,001 Rainbows Tour concert at Ravinia Festival. We will buy Lawn General Admission tickets and enjoy together the concert after a picnic.

Doors open at 5:00 pm and concert starts at 8:00 pm. Sharing as a group at this beautiful venue before the concert is an important component of the whole experience at Ravinia.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on May 1 at this link Protected content

You should bring your own chair / picnic mat/blanket or can rent a chair at Ravinia at $10. You can also bring your own drinks and food and also bring something to share with the group. I bring a table, decorate it, and also will have a corkscrew and bottle opener and some disposable cups in case you bring wine for yourself or to share.

For more than five decades—from Santana’s earliest days as a groundbreaking Afro-Latin-blues-rock fusion outfit in San Francisco—Carlos Santana has been the visionary force behind artistry that transcends musical genres and generational, cultural, and geographical boundaries. Santana has won 10 Grammy Awards and three Latin Grammy Awards.

I would to remind you that you can also travel to the concert Chicago by train using Metra on the Union Pacific North line which honor Ravinia tickets as train fares; patrons can show their dated concert e-ticket for a free train ride and from the park on concert days. The train station is just in front of the park.
