The tour of Ravenswood's industrial corridor will cover history & architecture, diving into the gems of Ravenswood's Metra-adjacent commercial properties and the development of an area that's bustled with business since the turn of the 20th century.
Learn how transit resources played a role in attracting manufacturing powerhouses that made everything from movie cameras, to vibraphones, to the first-ever LEGO bricks.
After the tour, we can join the tour at one of the craft brewers that make up the neighborhood's Malt Row or go have lunch on our own.
