Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
We would like to invite you to a relaxing yoga lesson for all levels, from beginners to advanced. It will consist of easy yoga postures, basic breathing exercises and introduction to mindfulness meditation.
Lesson will be lead by Andy Yogi, Buddhist writer, painter and yoga and meditation teacher with 11 years of international teaching experience.
Bring your yoga mat or anything under you, water and comfortable clothes and let´s relax nicely with yoga and meditation! :)
