WE'RE BACK! Join us in for LONGEVITY exercising with Seymour who has been practicing and teaching daily for the past 40 years. Master the 23 Immortality exercises of Tai Chi Kung.

Explore the ancient Art of Chinese Yoga more commonly known as Nei Kung ( Internal Training). These are the same postures/asanas that originated in India and were adapted to Chinese Philosophy over Protected content ago. Bruce Lee was the first Chinese native to introduce these practices to the western world. The most famous practitioner of these practices was Li Cheng - Yuen who was documented/verified by the New York Times to live Protected content .

NOTE: PLEASE CANCEL in advance if you cannot attend as participants from outside of Internations attend as well. Accurate attendance count makes a great experience for our wide variety of participants.
