Ready to Join?

Visit to Oxford, home of the prestigious university of the 12th century and its 43 colleges. This time we will head to the Protected content Britain's first public museum. Highlights of the Ashmolean include drawings by Michelangelo, paintings by Turner or an extensive collection of Prehistoric Egypt.

Besides, that they go to Protected content to book their free tickets. Museum admission is free and walk-up tickets are available on the door, but to guarantee entry at busy times, and to avoid waiting, booking tickets in advance is recommended. Please select as date Sunday 25th of February and entry time 14:00 – 14:15

We will meet at the Protected content We will walk towards the Ashmolean, where we will have lunch/drinks at the café. Subsequently, we will visit the Museum and meet again outside at the main entrance of the building at 5 pm.

Later, those who wish can walk to the station to return to Reading by train, or stay longer in Oxford with the group for a drink or dinner before returning. Some options are Lula's Ethiopian and Eritrean Cuisine, Sartorelli’s Pizza or BBuona Pinsa Bar.
