Keren Arbel—senior Insight meditation teacher and Buddhist scholar—will lead a weekend retreat at Centro Siquem in Cercedilla, around an hour by train from Madrid.
Held in English and open to both beginners and experienced meditators, the retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to deepen our practice over a dedicated weekend of meditation.
Keren’s teaching brings together extensive personal meditation experience, deep knowledge of the early Buddhist texts, and a warm, practical and inspiring approach to the path.
