The First Door: PRESENCE

The 12 Doors of Awakening is a 12-month journey created within Conscious Conversations.

Each month, we will open a different “door” into a theme that is part of being human — Presence, Silence, Ego, Gratitude, Purpose, Relationships, Intuition, Compassion, Forgiveness, Abundance, Unity and Transcendence.

This is not a course, a religion or therapy. There is nothing you need to believe in or know beforehand. It is simply an invitation to explore, reflect, share and connect with you and others.

THE FIRST DOOR — PRESENCE

Our first gathering will be dedicated to Presence — the ability to pause, arrive fully in the moment and reconnect with where we actually are.

We will include a short guided meditation dedicated to Presence, followed by meaningful conversation.

But the first meeting has another important purpose:

We will create the community together.

We want the people who join Conscious Conversations to help shape what this community becomes — the topics we explore, the depth of our conversations, the type of experiences we include, the format of future meetings and even how often we meet.

Your participation will help shape the journey.

For our first gathering, Protected content Madrid is kindly providing us with a private reserved space, in Chamberí.

To support the space, please have at least one drink (preferably non-alcoholic). Afterwards, those who wish can stay for tapas and continue chatting at the restaurant.
