This special restaurant is run by Rodrigo Oliveira, an international and creative renowned chef, a master in mixing different gastronomies from all over Brazil. The name Protected content says it all.
The menu highlights healthy and natural ingredients, including vegetarian options, salads and delicious desserts.
And those who have the time after lunch can stroll around the building and visit the excellent exhibitions!
The restaurant is quite small and is always packed so we kindly ask you to arrive punctually at 12:00 to allow us to keep the reservation.
