I born and raised in Mexico city, and after high school I started my training as a chef at the Universidad Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel. My passion is to teach others about my culture and the culinary traditions of my country.
I began my career in a café in London, then went to France to work in Le Grand Hôtel d'Uriage -Restaurant "Les Terrasses" 2 stars Michelin and then completed my expirience in Palm Beach,
Florida, as a caterer. Recently I was working as a manager at a Bistro in Santa Fe. I am now excited to have opened my own company with a professional kitchen to teach adults and children.
