Welcome to the delicious world of food and wine! It's going to be online! Really? It works? Oh yes….
Do you want to have fun learning? Be surprised and use your new knowledge to surprise others, in turn? So, don't hesitate to participate in this relaxed event.
Some questions we'll be answering:
How does food match wine? Is there a recipe?
Which wines combine best with sweet foods? And the salty ones? Bitter? Fatty?
When do you say a wine is gastronomic?
Is there any wine that goes with all the food?
How to adapt to trends: sushi, sparkling wine ...?
Be ready to enjoy the pleasures of the table even more.
You will learn how to get the most out of your meal and discover new flavors, perhaps unlikely.
I will guide you through this memorable experience, during which you will make your own food and wine pairing.
We'll eat and drink online together, comfortably seated in our own home, separated only by the screens of our devices.
