The Secret to Well-Being and Performance
Companies recognise the importance of ensuring the wellbeing of their employee and have created a range of initiatives to combat this that range from free yoga to fruit bowls and resilience training. But these approaches miss the fundamental factors to how we experience life: that our resilience is innate, that our creativity is limitless and that our experience of the world is created from the inside-out 100% of the time. We do not see the world but we project onto it. We create monsters under the bed.
Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality, this presentation will share some truths about where our performance and wellbeing come from and how we can access it more of the time. This is critical learning for people at any stage of their life because the shift in perspective that comes from this understanding helps people to overcome challenges with more grace and peace.
