About our speaker, Renuka Ayri, PMP
Renuka Ayri, PMP is a Senior Project/Program Manager & Change Manger, and also a Certified Ayurveda Health & Well-being Coach. Her passion for Ayurveda stems from a transformative journey of self-healing and self-discovery, leading to a deep understanding of the mind-body-soul connection. Born and raised in New Delhi, she is immersed in the rich Indian traditions of spirituality, yoga, and Ayurveda.
Renuka's mission is to inspire and equip individuals to take charge of their well-being and cultivate inner balance and vitality through Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practices.
