Sunday Morning Hike in the Sierras
“Casares Circular past vulture feeding station” (this is the title on Wikiloc if you want to research it).
13.5km with 460m of climb around a spectacular valley with views out to Gibraltar and North Africa.
Mostly on tracks but with a section of narrow rocky path. This is a moderate hike.
We will stop for lunch at a small waterfall. Hike time apprx 3.5 hours.
Meet at 10.15 for a 10.30 departure. Meeting place is the Cepsa petrol station at the roundabout on top of junction Protected content the AP7. Coming from the motorway. If you are confused Steve can WhatsApp you a drop pin.
We must insist that people don't wear trainers. Please make sure you wear walking boots/shoes, otherwise you will be unable to attend. This is for safety reasons.
Also can you please make sure you have insurance for hiking. Up to 1,000 metres above sea level. Our hikes don't go any higher
