Find a running buddy !
Running with a running buddy ('s) is great way to motivate you to get out for your workout. Ideally you would both aim for same distance and running pace.
We run 1 loop all together in low pace. After that first loop we decide who teams up with who and agree on pace and number of extra loops to run. During the first loop we will do some excercises so it will be easy to find out what is your comfortzone and who are your best running buddy's
Motivation and running in your comfortzone is the idea.
There are many different levels in the group. Some are into marathon and some only go for a run when they feel like. Just come out and give it a go !
