Let's get wild over fish steamboat!
When was the last time you tried a fish head soup? Perhaps NEVER? :D Please join me to try a well-known local fish head steamboat restaurant highly recommended by a fellow Internations member. Personally, I've never had the Chinese style fish head soup before. it sounds very exotic to me and I'm super psyched to try it out and all adventurous eaters out there are welcome.
Nam Hwa Chiang was originated way back in Protected content from the initial setting in a coffeeshop to a restaurant near Lim Tua Road in Serangoon. The current boss cum chef, Mr Lim Thai Pheng has manipulated Nam Hwa Chiang’s signature dish - Fish head steamboat, to include more variety for customers with 5 different types of fishes to choose from. Presently, Nam Hwa Chiang serves a host of Sze Cha items along with the fish head steamboat.
As the dish is designed to be shared, it would be very difficult to cater late-comers, so please be on time. Cost-wise, we will split the bill for the meal (incl. water/tea) equally amongst attendees and you would need to cover any additional alcohol or soft drinks you order separately. So please bring cash!
Only those who are serious need to RSVP as I will make a reservation for 8 people. If you can't make it, please update your RSVP in advance, so the spots can go to others.
If you have any question, please feel free to reach out to me.
