Let’s Watch 7 Short Films From Sardinia

The “Visioni Sarde” event is an idea developed in Protected content young Sardinians who want to promote Italian cinema abroad. The event, whose route also stops in Istanbul this year, is both nostalgic and progressive; It consists of a series of short films that can analyze the introspection of the human spirit as well as the themes of local history and culture, escape and bewilderment, with a touch of fun or disappointment. In the background of all these films is the island of Sardinia. The films in the selection are as follows: "April 12th" by Antonello Deidda, "Fradi miu" by Simone Contu, "La Venere di Milis" by Giorgia Puliga, "Mammarranca" by Francesco Piras, "Santamaria" by Andrea Deidda, Sergio Falchi's "Senza te" and Simeone Latini's "Una splendida felicità".
• Screening in the hall in its original (Italian) language with English subtitles. No Turkish dubbing or subtitles will be available.
• Reservation is not required. The number of spectators will be equal to the capacity of the hall.
• The movies will be shown continuously in the following order. Entrances and exits to the theater will be allowed between films.

April 12th : 21 minutes
Fradi miu : 15 minutes
Venus of Milis : 15 minutes
Mammarranca : 15 minutes
Santamaria : 13 minutes
Without you : 18 minutes
Una splendida felicità : 6 minutes
We will meet from 18:30 to 18:40 in front of the building. Performance will start @19:00
