About the Instructor: Monica Ho Ehlers has been in the fitness industry for 34 years as a group-exercise instructor, personal trainer and writer. She works with people of all ages and teaching formats like
kickboxing, HIIT, Yoga, Silver Sneakers and Gym Daddy/Moms’ Gym, a p.e.-style fitness class she created for families with young children.
