Online Workout

The last couple of months have been quite intense and working out, staying active has become a bit more challenging (at least for me).
Therefore, I'd like to invite you to join me for an online workout, focused on strength. No equipment required; a yoga mat would be enough.
We'll be doing the following exercises:
- Jumping Jacks
- Squats ( or wall squats)
- Push-ups
- Lateral Lunges
The session should take between 30 and 45 minutes. I hope to see you :)
P.S. I'm not a fitness trainer and I have been using some training apps for collecting the above-mentioned exercises. The intensity of the workout should be medium.
